I Want, not NEED, an ils file that hase war planet basic that I can use and modif to make a good planet. I WANT NO ECONMY! racing would be nice thoe. Every1 have all vehicle in their inventor every one has all weapon without any ammo what so ever and I want 1/4 of the vehilces to be plane, 1/4 cars, and 1/4 boats and 1/4 mechs/subs.
Those are the custem I want but I have no clue where to find .atm and I may know how to edit codes.
