Point Drive

Hi everyone, Im just wondering where I could find a point drive... I can't seem to find any at the planets accessible from finimp drive...

my guess it isn't in the game yet since I have yet to see one in a station

Point drives aren't necessary anymore because you can also just buy infimps.

my understanding is that point drives were the same as infimp - but could be used with cargo.

would be great for us space trade junkies, but would totally prevent stuff that's due to come in, like space piracy.

don't think we'll be gettin them back anytime soon

Point drive is a drive that you can use after selecting a planet in the system map. You'll immediately be teleported to that planet.
I think the cargo thing was unintentional.

In other words, Point Drive is an Infimp that's limited to the current star system.

Aw that's too bad... oh well, I guess I will have to live with these 3-5 min cargo runs

I wouldn't worry too much until you're doing 30 min cargo runs, travelling through a dozen or more systems

30,000 profit makes it seem not too long tho
