whenever i click on the planet i want to go on the game crashes the second after i click on it.

I'd probably reinstall the game and let the auto updater do it's thing. Wait for a second opinion though :wink:

the error says it has to do somthing with my operrating system ID can anyone help me?

Could you copy verbatim, or better post a screenshot of the error message ?

This error report includes information regarding the condition of TheUniversal.exe when the problem occurred the operating system version and computer hardware in use your Digital product ID which could be used to identify your license and the internet protocol (IP) address of your computer

We do not intentionally collect your files name address email address or any other form of personally identifiable information. However the error report could contain customer specific information such as data from open file.While this information could potentially be usd to determine your identity if present it will not be used.

thats a standard winows error report... anything happen with the game before you get that of note or does it crash straight to the desktop?

Latest drivers & direct x?
Maybe somethings corupt within the universal directory...See,when you uninstall theres stuff left over...

Try uninstalling then going to C:/Program Files/ and deleting TheUniversal Folder does anything
(It's a possiblity)
