0.48.9 update

Evenin.
Another update on the downloads page.. just a maintenance build mostly.. fixes building rotations, the building construction menu (which will have been broke for some ppl in 48.8 ), adds a 'no collision' option in the b.dat and extends shadow mode 5 a bit to cope with large buildings.

something that changed that i need to do tu turn on building amt/time on making things?

um, nope.. somehow all the code for that bit has disappeared

. I blame drunkenness.
Will be fixed in 49.0
