Chemical building in Sabrada?

Please correct me if I am wrong,
But I have searched every building group to make a chemical building that makes chemicals, and the closest building to it makes copper bronze and metal.

What is the name of the building, and which building group is it under, the one that makes chemicals, minerals and metals.

I'm sorry for any confusion I may have caused. Just trying to figure this out.
I think I have another question, I'll add it later once I remember it *trying to think

the copper, bronze, metals fac makes chemicals.

changed its name to chemicals, bronze, metals
