My computer crashed!

Hey, I'm very new to all this (only found out about the universal about an hour ago).

I downloaded the program and as i was going to connect my computer did a major crash, can anyone help?

It crashed just after I logged in.

If you downloaded the full install from this site (the 48.1 version), you have at least directx 8.1b, a reasonable spec PC, and no other system problems, then.. I dunno what's wrong :) Could be anything really. Perhaps you could post more info?
