When a server that runs 24/7 goes down, please do not post about it.
if the downtime was planned, thier will almost always be a topic about it in the Forum.
if it was not planned, then thier is almost always no way of knowing when it will be back up. downtime can be caused by many things, like:
a) power outages
b) internet outages
c) hardware failures
d) computer messups (like crashes)
the person running the server might not even know its down, they could be at work, in bed, or away on vacation and thus away for hours/days.
its basicly impossible to say when a server will be back up if the downtime wasen't planned. thier is no way to predict how long a power outage will last or when internet service will be restored. if thier was a way for a server hoster to tell people about the downtime, then they would already have said why thier is downtime and/or would already have the servers up again.
so basicly, if usually running servers are down, then assume that thier down due to conditions that the hoster cannot control, and will be back up when once again possible to be brought up.
now that you (hopefully) have read all the above, please, don't post a topic asking about why a server is down when thiers usually no whay to know WHY its down and the only person who does know probably can't even tell why when they possibly can't even get online or aren't even home at the time. don't post a message telling the server hoster that a server is down, if they were here to see the message, then they would have already seen the server was down or would have already posted why it was down or brought it back up.

is there normaly only one server tho. i just dowloaded this game, and theres only one server ( andromida) and its not responding. is it useally only one server on this game. or am i just.
wel u where on last night while the server crashed, but no post ffrom u so now what shall we do? hope my character doesnt die of thirst causee im gona b pretty ticked off. was in the process of putting up another shop when all of a sudden, well u know what happened., SO want im really trying to say is , if my character dies, can u get me all my property bak and money? i dont deserver to loose all my property and money because of the owners server going down....... ViRuS out

server crashed while i was on last night? was that to me?
if your talking about sabrada, zoric, or planitia (the worlds i currently run), as of this post, all 3 have been up for the past 50 hours and 24 mins.
players are currently on sabrada, so my ip also hasen't changed to make it seem down in the past 50 hours and 24 mins.

like Zaroba said servers go down either planed or not planed, be glade if it was a planed server down because it may tell YOU what a storm with unimaginable powers is coming to stick the power out...
