When is the next version out?

When are you releasing the next version of the game? I really have to get it because i am at boarding school and i want to keep editing my island while being offline...
This possibility is in the next version! SO PLEASE! At least release the offline part of it...

well i have heard when its expected but im not sure i was A) meant to be told. and B) if i was im not sure if im meant to tell anyone else.

and their not doin any testing atm
