whatz dis mean it say too many radi downloads

depends if you're in space or on a planet... just type .radiooff (on a planet), this might help there... in space, just select the commlink box in the lower right and make sure everything is off on the galactic radio.

it means the world owner has set a max number of simealtaneous radio downloads at any one time and that limit has been reached try again later and you may get a space

hmm shouldnt happen.... of course its possible the radio is set to 0 downloads what planet are we talking about here?
