Login Failed

I just got an account and I've been trying to play for 2 days. Every time i try to get in it says the password is wrong even though I know it's right. Can some one help me???

well. we dont realy have "hackers" to worry about. did you reistall the game or do somthing like that? idk. if thats the case and then you used a differnt username and or password then you would get a password matchs error, becuae your original information is binded to your IP... and well you shouldnt change it. multi characters are not allowed and this is how it is prevented.




now i think ive helped every one i can for now its someone else's turn to reply...lol...

Could you post the username you're trying to log in with please - I can at least try to confirm why the galaxy doesn't wanna let you in, and we can take it from there.

I've now been trying for four days and still no luck. IF you find there is no problems delete the account and ill try starting over. If you do wipe the account tell me.

Ok, thought as much - the galaxy shows that you have a username/password mismatch. As I said before, even though you don't think you changed it, somehow you did :) Once you've created an account you never need to mess with that stuff... login is automatic. So I've no idea what's happened there if you've never actually played.

Um... it's not possible for me to find out wot ur password oughta be. And I'm not sure if mit's finished coding the password reminder stuff. All I can do is wipe your account and u can try again... so, try now.
