please help

I want to dl version 44.8 but all that i see is the "latest Patch" and i dont know how to install it from there can someone please help me download it

or just extract the whole thing into the clients folder

can u go intop further detail because i still dont know. I dident extract the files cuz i dont know how but i opened the program files of version 44.5 and 44.8 and clicked and draged the files into the clients and changed the name of data to data2 so it dident overwrite can u just add to that and help me cuz it still says version 44.5
