Computer translations are never very accurate, but I think what you're asking is if we can make a beginner's guide available in Russian, and make the game available in Russian (and other languages) too.
The short answer is "sorry, no".
The long answer is "yes, we would, but we don't have the resources to do that".
It would be fantastic if we could support every language both in the game and in beginner's guides etc. The truth is, we don't even have proper beginner's guides in English yet. This is a voluntary project - none of the people working on it gets paid (they all have full-time jobs) and we don't charge people to play the game. As a result, we don't have the money or the time to do multi-language versions - it is hard enough getting the English version right. In future, who knows... maybe when we have full documentation done in English we can use members of the community to provide at least a rough translation of the important bits for different languages. That might not happen for ages, though.
