Cant connect to planets! HELP

ok..every time i try to connect to a planet..like..i go and run into it...but then my game closes as its trying to connect.....

try going to small mode ( F1 ) then changing the building shadows option to 'Never Draw' - A few vid cards might have trouble with the new building shadows option in the current clients. Lemme know if that helps?

if it happens again(incase u havent already)push f1 and then go to one of the options in the universal chat and uncheck full screen.................
