Stuck on a UNKNOWN planet....HELP

i played for like..5 min..and screwed up..i hit sumtinand all the suddent here is this grey black world that says unknown on it..so igo to land on it. when i go to land..the game shuts off..i log on againand it does the same thing..i need some helpor sumtin....help please
