Well, Temuchan, I don't think you wouldn't want to, theres a lot involved when setting up a world. And seeing your fairly new, I don't think you would be accepted, if you do, in which case you'd need to spend a few weeks getting to know the programs, and using them, you'd probably give up. And then, your world would be deleted (otherwise you can pay them, and not get it deleted) and yeh...

talk to a gelactic op when you are in the galaxy.... and pleed you case...
Tell them who you are, why you want to build one etc etc...
A server here is not like "Subspace" where you can get one and do nothing after a week... here its more of an investment so they want people who will realy work at creating a good gaming expariance.

i'd recommend getting to know the gameplay very well before trying to run an island.
as everything you see and can do in-game is configurable on a server and would need to be set up.
you can't exactly set up hunger/thirst and health decay without knowing about how it works

generally if you do bump into one of the staff in game the last thing we want to hear is can i have a world...this is why you should give me a world... etc..etc... remember that we generally have very little time free to actually play the game and the chances are that if we are in game we are testing/bug fixing/developing/world building/ etc.. etc..
not that we dont like people talking to us coz we do
(unless we have given up smoking/ run outta whiskey then we cant be held accountable for our actions )
