ShadoWerks games (http://www.dragonsera.com/shadowerksgames) is an up and coming game network, so far they have two games.
The first is Warmonger, a turn-based strategy game based on medieval times. Several races can be chosen from, along with different government systems.
The second is Gunship Chaos, an intergalactic battling game in which you have to fight against other fleets in order to attain the most powerful position of the universe.
The same man who created ShadoWerks games also works on an active, fast-growing MUD, Dragon's Era. (http://www.dragonsera.com/)
Go ahead and try them out, all of them are more fun when more people are playing.
ShadoWerks Games
i don't hate it at all, nor can i easily find a way to hate it. as i'm sure many of us here have posted about this game on the forums of other games we've played.
if he's just posting the game without playing this one, then all we need to do is return the favor, if the topic is deleted due to advertising in thier general forum, then we can just delete this one. even if he is playing this game, could still return the favor for the heck of advertising and getting more players to play this game
after all A-Tractor will be much "more fun when more people are playing"
have to go against a bit of the stuff on the site though. it says "games like none you've ever seen" they both seem similer to ones already released which i have played before (and found to become boring quite fast).
warmonger looks similer to Earth 2025, another turn based text only stratagy game involving fighting, researching and land
gunship chaos also looks similer to the game Interstellar Domination (except for the Astroids-like screen with the ships, which looks similer to Astroids). but especially with the different ore resources. its also a turn based text only game involving land, fighting and researching.
both games on the site seem similer to each other. thier both turn based mostly text only planet/land building games involving different fighting types and researching. over all, . there are also many other turn based land/combat/researching games on the internet. most only have minor differences in stuff to research, styles of combat, etc.
