You can submit an application, but it's highly doubtable that you'll get it (is highly doubtable a word?) unless you pay, but even then world owning is EXTREMELY hard, I suggest you don't and save ure money and time, and play on tholatin, or some place. Yeh, good idea. *writes that down*
