cant connect

ok i just dled the game and made a account the connection bars says connection denied and then when i hit abort it says the server is online what do i do 2 fix this

When it says Andromeda (*** Current Gal ***) | Online
And you click Attempt connection, it does the same thing again?

Is your firewall blocking the game's access to the internet or are you behind NAT (the latter shouldn't affect, though)?
