Just starting Out

Post by bwallach »

OK i'm new here . found a link to this from MMhelll.com. This looks promising. I like the idea all ready. I got a couple thoughts all ready . forgive me if this should be else where.

thought one . A total n00b planet. Something a new player can get there hands wet in without effecting the charater or status. Something more then reading in the faq about pressing f8 here and press F12 there. If people want to just jump in they can skip it. I really feel so left out. Just floating in space with no direction Just a thought anyways.

question one . Could I make a world for my self? if so what do I need to get. Iw as wondering if going to another planet means going to another server or is it just the same server?

Don't know if this is abug but I couldn't get my throttle to stop after jumping to another planet.

peace Brendan

Newbie world is work-in-progress...

Each world is a different server, yes.

We're not currently making worlds available to the general public.

By "throttle getting stuck" do you mean you still hear the space drive sound once you've landed?

Not sure what kinda help you need in space. To land on a planet, crash into it. To dock at a space station, you need to be close to it, and in front of it (it's a bit hard to tell which side is which at the moment, true) - then press F10 to dock.
