A question:
the old system saw gods and ops being dedicated to helping, playing wasnt really possible, it worked well, but not great....
now:
Is it right, to let an op say, with a lot of buildings, be able to do bulding repairs? I was thinking about this on planitia, relax, no accusations here ..... but it makes me think......doesn't that make it harder to know if we have good ops or...bad ones?
I'm just thinking out loud

ops can repair.
anyway, ops should be able to easily play the game since they have no real abusable commands besides the travel commands and repair command. unlike gods/sysops which can grant stuff and aren't limited by the building rules or town rules.
is nothing really new about it.
an op is basicly the knight from old times. they can teleport around like knights could, repair buildings like knights could, reset needs like knights could, kick like knights could. op is basicly a renamed knight but with a few god commands added, and knights were made a bit weaker.
