Cant get on Planetia

I go to land and it says 'connection failed' blah blah blah, I get on the game itself ok and haven't tried any other planets but I know I can't on Planetia. Thanks for your help

Might be down, planets do that from time to time. Easiest way to see if something is down is to look at the system map. If all that's listed is the planet name with no exchange rate, then the planet is likely down. If the main server was down, it is likely that you wouldn't be able to connect to space.

Another good way to tell is the colour - if the planet's name appears in blue, then it is offline. White, online, may be private thou, may be public, but it be there.
