Once my trans mines get capped and demolished i cant build anymore... it says I own the max... My fac won't build certain weapons, just takes the money to build weapons I dont even have the vehicle for. Navigation fac wont build.

How about... Just so you know i dont even know if this is possible to make ... Make house decay look like someone bit through the buildings ... For demolished buildings make just crumbs or something.
