firstly i'd suggest redownloading, that often solves the problem, make sure you enter your details correctly again though, don't create another account.

There was a problem that... when you downloaded the full install of galaxy you didn't get all the files. The reason this wasn't ppicked up was because 95% of us already had downloaded tractor.exe full. i pointed this out to mit when my comp got wiped, and i just downloaded galaxy, but then had to do...

metal... fly to a starport (or whatever their name is) then press f12 to dock... then buy one from there... ( a stardrive that is)

Hopefully if u have 5credits + then u should be able to get one and some fuel...
if not then make some credits
