no im running it in full screen

every time i go into a world it says 'connecting to world' and then gets stuck on that and have to press control alt delete to get out of it. how can i get round this problem, and if u havent guessed im a newbie!

plz mit can u reset me i am goin to trying uninstalling then reinstalling and making new name then see if this works. if not game over.

What should i do if im having a tech problem???

hey im new to the game and on trying to enter a planet a get a message from microsoft sayin problem has occured. 'Send error' or 'dont send'. Does this mean i have to take firewall and all other seruricty off??? or what else. which means i cannot play at all because cannot enter any planet please he...
